Dr. Franz Wohlfahrt has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novomatic AG since 2004. A longstanding corporate and gaming counsel to Novomatic Group of Companies, Dr. Wohlfahrt is a renowned expert in national and international gaming laws and a member of IAGA (International Association of Gaming Attorneys) and IMGL (International Masters of Gaming Law).
Dr. Wohlfahrt is the author of many publications in the field of gaming and wagering law. He also is co-author of a legal commentary to the Austrian Gaming Act.
Dr. Wohlfahrt is a member of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Federation of Austrian Industry. He is a regular speaker at lectures and international conferences.
