Professional Career:

Mr. Haris Hrle was most recently Minister Counsellor in the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Austria
Prior to this he served with the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of Slovenia and in Canada

He has held a number of positions in Sarajevo:
- Head of the Department for Implementation of the General Framework Agreement for Bosnia and Herzegovina – Dayton Agreement, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2000-2002)
- Legal Advisor in the Federal Agency for Privatization (1998-2000)
- Head of Department for Analysis and Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1994-1998)

He is the author of a series of articles on the international legal status of navigable rivers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its maritime borders.
